申請人資格：
1. Bachelor of Arts/Science in K-12 education
K-12年級教育學士學位
2. Degree in Language - Mandarin Chinese
中文-語言學位
3. Fluent in English Language
英文流利
符合資格之教師候選人應俱備下列能力：
1. Minimum of two years teaching experience with indication of commitment
through long-term employment (more 3 years in previous school, if experienced,
is preferred)
至少兩年教學經驗並具長期工作意願(倘於前一個學校有超過3年工作經驗者尤佳)
2. Two verifiable references including a
supervisor
兩位具公信力之推薦人，其中包含一位主管
3. Are graduates of accredited colleges and universities
畢業於經認可之大學
4. Demonstrate strong academic background in content
證明精熟授課科目之學術背景
5. Licensed
as a teacher or eligible for licensing in home country
持教師原所在國之教師執照或合格證照
6. Can pass a USA and home country security check
可通過美國與教師原所在國之安全查核
7. Values the use
of data to drive Instruction
重視資料應用於教學
8. Assessment
Literate
評估讀寫能力
9. Collaborative

3. teaching license (if any) or
certifications,
教師執照(倘有)或證照；
4. resume (including history of teaching
experience, English proficiency rating), and
履歷表(需檢附教學經驗證明文件、英語能力檢定證書或相關文件)；及
5. two (2) letter of recommendation.
